大庆市人民对外友好协会

大庆市人民对外友好协会第三届理事会于2025年12月24日正式成立，本届理事会共吸纳了38家单位理事。这些理事单位涵盖中省直企业、驻庆高校、科研机构、本地重点企业及商协会组织，构成了一个多元、活跃的国际对外交流合作网络。

The Third Council of the Daqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries was officially established on December 24, 2025. This council has brought together 38 institutional members, including central and provincial enterprises, universities and research institutions based in Daqing, local key enterprises, as well as business associations and chambers of commerce. Together, they form a diverse and dynamic network for international exchange and cooperation.

The Daqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries is committed to serving both domestic and international council members and actively building platforms for external cooperation. 大庆艺林花儿文化艺术有限公司

大庆艺林花儿文化艺术有限公司由泰国著名爱国侨领、泰国中国和平统一促进总会副会长陈海亮2015年投资建立。主要从事少年儿童艺术特长培训、影视制作、国际文化交流活动等。

Daqing Yilin Flower Education. was established in 2015 with investment from Mr. Chen Hailiang, a renowned patriotic overseas Chinese leader in Thailand and Vice President of the Thailand Council for the Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification of China. The main activities include art specialty training for children and adolescents, film and television production, and international cultural exchange programs.

作为侨资企业，艺林花儿一直秉承教育情怀，热心传播中华优秀传统文化，心系家乡发展建设，通过线下线上向海外华人讲好中国故事、大庆故事。

As an enterprise founded with overseas Chinese capital, Yilin Flower has consistently upheld an educational ethos, enthusiastically promoting excellent traditional Chinese culture, caring for the development of its hometown. It strives to tell China's story and Daqing's story effectively to overseas Chinese communities through both offline and online channels.

先后荣获：中国华侨国际文化交流基地、亚洲教育论坛嘉宾单位、全国优秀侨胞之家、东北艺术十佳学校、大庆五一巾帼标兵岗、大庆教育系统先进单位等20多项荣誉和称号。先后接待国家、省市各级党建参观团，接待国侨办、省、市侨联领导视察调研30多次。

The company has received over 20 honors and titles, including: Chinese Overseas Chinese International Cultural Exchange Base, Guest Unit of the Asia Education Forum, National Excellent Home for Overseas Chinese, Top Ten Art School in Northeast China, Daqing May 1st Women's Pacesetter Post, and Daqing Education System Advanced Unit. It has hosted Party-building inspection delegations from national, provincial, and municipal levels, and received over 30 inspection visits and research tours from leaders of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, and provincial and municipal overseas Chinese federations.

自学校成立以来，艺林花儿一直致力于宣传推介大庆。不间断的开展国际间文化交流活动，先后承办、协办“中国寻根之旅”“亲情中华网上营”等线上线下活动50余次，累计接待40余个国家的华裔青少年上万人次。

Since its establishment, Yilin Huaer has been committed to promoting Daqing. It has continuously carried out international cultural exchange activities, having organized or co-organized over 50 online and offline events such as the "Chinese Roots Seeking Tour" and the "Online Camp of Kinship with China," cumulatively hosting tens of thousands of overseas Chinese youth from more than 40 countries.

在市委统战部、市侨联、市外事办等部门的指导推动下，牵头推出了“龙江文化行·国际营”活动，目前，已成功举办八期，累计接待11个国家的1000余名华裔青少年

With the guidance and support of the Municipal United Front Work Department, the Municipal Overseas Chinese Federation, and the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, we initiated the "Heilongjiang Cultural Journey · International Camp" program. To date, eight sessions have been successfully held, welcoming over 1,000 overseas Chinese youth from 11 countries.

2021年，艺林花儿被确认为“中国华侨国际文化交流基地”，2022年底又代表黑龙江省在全国基地经验交流会上做了典型发言。

In 2021, Yilin Flower was officially recognized as a "Chinese Overseas Chinese International Cultural Exchange Base." At the end of 2022, it represented Heilongjiang Province by delivering a keynote speech at the national experience exchange conference for such bases.

未来，艺林花儿还将进一步加强和加深与海外的联络和交往，通过多种方式，让更多的人了解大庆，感受日益发展强大的中国。

Looking ahead, Yilin Flower will further strengthen and deepen its connections and engagements with overseas communities. Through various means, enabling more people to understand Daqing and experience the growing strength and development of China.
