余和平，笔名术平，湖南浏阳人，旅北画家、军旅画家。湖南省美协会员，香港美术家协会会员，浏阳美协顾问，湖南湘土画派创始人，国家一级美术师，央视书画频道签约艺术家，金陵画坛签约画家，国际中国美术大师，国际中国美术家协会湖南分会副主席，中国新汉画学派副主席,中国田汉研究会书画委员会委员，我自用我法，湘土画法，以家乡浏阳河、大围山为题材创作返朴归真原生态泼墨写意山水画。表现家乡绿水青山，创作湖南湘东地区湘土风情系列作品，坚持自我，成就未来。作品多次发表全国各大媒体和网络文化平台，被多家政府会议室、博物馆、国家挡案馆、企业老板、学者知名人士、国外友人收藏宣传。进修于清华大学美术学院，师从著名画家王阔海、周小愚老师，著名泼墨写意山水画家。
Yu Heping, pen name Shuping, a native of Liuyang, Hunan, is a Beijing-based painter and artist. He is a member of the Hunan Fine Arts Association, a member of the Hong Kong Fine Arts Association, an advisor to the Liuyang Fine Arts Association, founder of the Hunan Xiangtu Painting School, a national first-class artist, a contracted artist of CCTV's calligraphy and painting channel, contracted painter of the Jinling Painting Circle, an international master of Chinese fine arts, the vice president of the Hunan branch of the International Chinese Fine Arts Association, a of the Calligraphy and Painting Committee of the China Tian Han Research Association, and I use my own method, the Xiangtu painting method, to create authentic original ecological freehand brushwork landscapes with the themes of my hometown, Liuyang River and Daguishan. He represents the green mountains and rivers of his hometown and creates series of works featuring the local customs of Xiangdong, Hunan. He insists on himself and achieves the future. His works have been published in major media and online cultural across the country and have been collected and publicized by many government conference rooms, museums, national archives, corporate leaders, scholars, celebrities, and foreign friends. He has studied at Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University and has been taught by famous painters Wang Kuehai and Zhou Xiaoyu, famous freehand brushwork landscape pain.
