王芝意，字福生，号义仁，生于 1948 年,甘肃白银人。中国楹联学会会员，中国高级书画创作师、中国国家一级书法师、中华人民共和国书法大家、国际殿堂级艺术大师、世界文学界功勋艺术家、CCTV 央视书画频道签约艺术家、中国实力派书画家、高级工程师。现任中国书画家协会副主席，中央美术学院书法系客座教授、中国硬笔书法协会副教授、国宝级央新名人档案：“特聘名誉主席”、中国书画艺术非遗传承委员会常务副主席、中央电视台 CCTV 文化强国“高级智库首席专家”沈鹏书法艺术工作室专家组高级理事、美丽中国栏目组特邀导师、中华文化促进会美育工作委员会艺术顾问、中国书画交易中心艺委会主席、中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长、中国一品堂书院名誉院长。退休于甘肃中医药大学。出版的学术专著有《敦煌外治法》、《释商》——事业·人生·思想。

近年来，先后多次获得书法展奖励和荣誉称号、 2021 年6 月由中国书画家协会和中国国际文学艺术界联合会授予“中国实力派书画家” 荣誉称号。2021 年 8 月，由中国文学艺术界联合会和中国文化发展中心授予：2021“艺术传承人物”。2021 年 11 月由中国书画家协会聘为：“副主席”。

2022 年 1 月由中国文化艺术人才库专家评审组审核通过授予：“2021 年度优秀文艺工作者”。2022 年 1 月经中国文学艺术界联合会审定授予：“中国书画艺术家百佳人物”荣誉称号。2022 年 3 月由中华国礼艺术评定中心和艺术家查询中心授予：“特别推荐艺术家荣誉称号”并颁发了荣誉证书。2022年 4 月被聘为：“沈鹏书法艺术工作室专家组高级理事"一职。2022 年 7 月 1 日由中央电视台 CCTV 文化强国智库专家评审组委会评审为：“智库首席专家”。22 年 8 月 2 日由中国研创非物质文化遗产授予：“全国第一批非物质文化遗产创新人才”荣誉称号。2022 年 12 月由中国艺术名家交流中心授予“中国当代世界级艺术家”称号。

2023 年 3 月由中国国际艺术馆和国际文化艺术交流中心聘为：“中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长”一职。2023 年 3 月由中国传统文化促进会和全国职业信用评价网评为：“高级书画创作师”。2023 年 5 月由中国文学艺术界联合会和全国艺术家信息公示中心授予：“中国书画终身成就奖”。2023 年 10 月由文化和旅游部人才中心和书画艺术从业者人才库授予：“优秀书画导师”荣誉称号。2023 年 11 月由中央美术学院诚聘担任中央美术学院书法系客座教授。 2023 年 11 月由中国近现代艺术家审定委员会和世界艺术品市场发展中心授予“中华人民共和国书法大家”光荣称号。2023 年 12 月由中国文学艺术界联合会和中国传统文化发展中心授予：“2023 年度中国当代艺术巨匠”荣誉称号。

Wang Zhiyi, courtesy name Fusheng, alias Yiren, was born in 194 in Baiyin, Gansu. He is a member of the Chinese Association of Couplet Writers, a senior Chinese calligraphy and painting creator, a firstclass calligrapher in the People's Republic of China, a famous calligrapher in the People's Republic of China, a world literary figure, a signed of CCTV's calligraphy and painting channel, a powerful Chinese calligrapher and painter, a senior engineer. He is currently the deputy chairman of the Chineseigraphers and Painters Association, a visiting professor of the Calligraphy Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, an associate professor of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligy Association, a "special honorary chairman" of the China Calligraphy Art Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Committee, a senior member of the expert group of Peng's Calligraphy Art Studio, a special invited mentor of the Beautiful China column group, an art consultant of the Chinese Culture Promotion Association's Art Education Work, the chairman of the Art Committee of the China Calligraphy Trading Center, the honorary curator of the China International Art Museum, and the honorary president of the Yipintang Academy. He retired from Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His published academic monographs include "Dunhuang External Treatment Method", "Shi Shang" - Career • Life • Thought.

In recent years, he has won many awards and honorary titles in calligraphy exhibitions, and in June 201, he was awarded the honorary title of "China's Powerful Calligrapher and Painter" by the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association and Chinese International Federation of Literary and Art Circles. In August 2021, he was awarded the "2021 Art Inheritance Figure" by the Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the China Cultural Development Center. In November 2021, he was hired as the "Deputy Chairman" by the Chineseigraphers and Painters Association.

In January 2022, he was awarded the "2021 Excellent Literary and Art Workers" by the China and Art Talent Pool expert evaluation group. In January 2022, he was awarded the honorary title of "China's Hundred Outstanding Calligraphers Painters" by the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles. In March 2022, he was awarded the "Special Recommendation Artist Honorary Title" the Chinese National Ceremony Art Appraisal Center and the Artist Inquiry Center, and was awarded the honorary certificate. In April 2022, he was hired a "Senior Member of the Shen Peng Calligraphy Art Studio Expert Group". On August 2, 2022, he was awarded theary title of "National First Batch of Intangible Cultural Heritage Innovation Talent" by the Chinese Research and Creation Intangible Cultural Heritage. In December 2022 he was awarded the title of "China's Contemporary World-class Artist" by the China Art Celebrities Exchange Center.
