符启祥，男，1952年8月出生，海南省澄迈县人，汉族，大学文化，中共党员，现为省管退休县处级干部。符启祥以其深厚的文化底蕴与艺术造诣，绘就了一幅多彩的人生画卷。

符启祥入伍服过兵役，担任过县政府办副主任，县委办主任，县人大常委会副主任、党组副书记等职务。退休后先后兼任澄迈县教科基金会理事长、秘书长职务，两度评为全省离退休干部先进个人。

符启祥自幼酷爱书法，在中学和部队期间就积极参与墙报、黑板报的编辑出版工作，为写好软笔书法打下了坚实的基础。在职当年，中书协原副主席钟明善为他所题＂《启祥如意》和《自强不息》的中堂墨宝，更增强了他学习书法的信心和动力。他退休后，重拾旧爱，参加线上书法系统培训学习，篆隶楷行草五体兼修，还积极参与有关单位庆典活动书法笔会和春节送春联下乡等实践活动。近年来，参加华夏中庭书画协会、盛唐系列第四届华夏杯、盛唐系列第三届兰亭杯、中书协兰亭杯全国慈善书画大赛，以及秦韵杯、墨缘堂、墨云翰、翰墨轩、墨韵杯等全国性书画大赛，获多项银奖、最佳作品金奖、一等奖、特等奖等荣誉。 符启祥现获颁发有软笔书法十级证书、一级书法家职称和书画润格评估证书。系中书协会员，兰亭书画协会、华夏中庭（北京）书画院、中国文化管理协会书画委员会会员，北京兰庭艺术发展中心会员，香港书画院特聘院士，北京华夏巨匠书画院特聘副院长，泰国泰北56华人高校联盟特聘客座教授，中国艺术品拍卖市场拍卖收藏推荐艺术家，中国近现代艺术百大传世名家，中国传媒文化艺术品鉴证备案平台特约艺术家，中国非遗大师传统文化传承人。这些荣誉与成就，如同他笔下的墨迹，镌刻在他书法艺术生涯的每一篇章中。符启祥的书法艺术人生曾被人民网、中国书画报等多家媒体在网上进行推介。有关部门还制作了《艺坛领袖·符启祥》、《百年守护·艺脉传承》等国家大型纪录片线上进行宣传。他的书法作品已分别入选兰亭雅集书画院教学成果展、艺脉传承北京地铁主题文化艺术巡展、书法作品瓷板画入选井岗山黄洋界景区展、中泰建交五十周年国际艺术展。作品入选中国书画家协会以文载道·新时代刘创新论坛，获＂艺术成就突出工作者＂荣誉称号。作品参加第十三届全国规范汉字书写大会获软笔成人组一等奖，作品《沁国春·雪》参加法国卢浮宫国际艺术展获金奖，小楷抄写的《少林寺转轮大藏经》》被中国崇山少林寺荣誉收藏，永久保存。他以书画影响力赋能文化建设，荣膺《文化强国贡献奖》。

符启祥先生的一生，是奋斗与奉献的典范。他用自己的才华与汗水，书写着属于自己的精彩篇章，同时也为弘扬和传承祖国传统书画文化做出了积极的贡献。在未来的日子里，我们期待符启祥先生能够继续以笔墨为伴，书写更多精彩的人生篇章，让艺术之花在他的笔下绽放得更加绚烂多彩。

Fu Qixiang, a male born in August 1952 in Chengmai County, Hainan Province, is of Han ethnicity, holds a university degree, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently a retired county-level cadre under provincial management. With his profound cultural background and artistic attainments, Fu Qixiang has painted a colorful picture of his life.

Fu Qixiang served in the military and held positions such as Deputy Director of the County Government Office, Director of the County Party Committee Office, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group. After retirement, he served as both the Chairman and Secretary-General of the Chengmai County Education and Science Foundation, and was twice recognized as an exemplary individual among retired cadres in the province.

Fu Qixiang has had a passion for calligraphy since childhood. During his middle school years and time in the military, he actively participated in the editing and publishing of wall newspapers and blackboard newspapers, laying a solid foundation for his soft brush calligraphy. In his working years, Zhong Mingshan, the former vice chairman of the China Calligraphers Association, inscribed two scrolls for him, "Qixiang Ruyi" and "Ziqiang Buxi", which further enhanced his confidence and motivation in learning calligraphy. After retirement, he picked up his old love, participated in online calligraphy system training and learning, mastered the five styles of seal script, clerical script, regular script, running script, and cursive script, and actively participated in calligraphy pen sessions for celebration activities of relevant units and practical activities such as sending Spring Festival couplets to the countryside. In recent years, he has participated in the Huaxia Zhongting Calligraphy and Painting Association, the 4th Huaxia Cup of the Shengtang Series, the 3rd Lanting Cup of the Shengtang Series, the Lanting Cup National Charity Calligraphy and Painting Competition of the China Calligraphers Association, as well as national calligraphy and painting competitions such as the Qinyun Cup, Moyuan Hall, Moyunhan, Hanmoxuan, and Moyun Cup, winning multiple silver awards, best work gold awards, first prizes, special awards, and other honors. Fu Qixiang is currently awarded with a certificate of soft brush calligraphy level 10, a title of first-level calligrapher, and a certificate of calligraphy and painting evaluation. He is a member of the China Calligraphers Association, a member of the Lanting Calligraphy and Painting Association, Huaxia Zhongting (Beijing) Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and the Calligraphy and Painting Committee of the China Cultural Management Association, a member of the Beijing Lanting Art Development Center, a specially appointed academician of the Hong Kong Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a specially appointed vice president of the Beijing Huaxia Giant Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a specially appointed visiting professor of the 56 Chinese Universities Alliance in Northern Thailand, an artist recommended for auction and collection in the Chinese art auction market, one of the top 100 famous artists of modern Chinese art, a specially appointed artist of the China Media Culture and Art Appreciation Record Platform, and a traditional cultural inheritor of China's intangible cultural heritage. These honors and achievements, like the ink on his brush, are engraved in every chapter of his calligraphy art career. Fu Qixiang's calligraphy art life has been promoted online by many media such as People's Daily Online and China Calligraphy and Painting News. Relevant departments have also produced national large-scale documentaries such as "Art Leader · Fu Qixiang" and "Century Guardian · Art Heritage" for online promotion. His calligraphy works have been selected for the teaching achievement exhibition of the Lanting Yaji Calligraphy and Painting Academy, the art heritage Beijing subway theme cultural art tour exhibition, and the porcelain plate painting of calligraphy works selected for the exhibition in the Huangyangjie scenic area of Jinggangshan. His calligraphy works were selected for the "Arts Carrying the Way · New Era Liu Chuangxin Forum" held by the China Calligraphers Association and were awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Worker in Art Achievement". His work won the first prize in the soft brush adult group at the 13th National Standard Chinese Character Writing Competition. His piece "Qin Guo Chun·Xue" was awarded the gold medal at the Louvre International Art Exhibition in France. The small-script copy of "Shaolin Temple's Rotating Wheel Tripitaka" was honored and preserved permanently by the Chongshan Shaolin Temple in China. He has contributed to cultural construction through the influence of his calligraphy and painting, and was honored with the "Contribution Award for Cultural Powerhouse".

Mr. Fu Qixiang's life stands as a paradigm of struggle and dedication. With his talent and sweat, he has written his own brilliant chapters, while also making positive contributions to promoting and inheriting the traditional calligraphy and painting culture of our motherland.
