袁正北，1961 年出生于陕西省商洛市，那里风景秀丽，人杰地灵，他孜孜不倦，深入潜研和探索历代书画名家之作， 将其精髓融为一体，从而为他的艺术生涯打下了坚实的基础，逐渐形成了自己独有的风格。他的作品深受海内外广大爱好者的青睐和收藏。在书法领域，袁正北一贯坚持文化自信、创作自信，推陈出新继承和发展了书法艺术。2017 年书法艺术《猴桃寿》作品在中央电视台活动中展示。2018 年喜获 2018国际中国公益事业大典--中国骄傲影响力书画家国际奖。获评“我和我的祖国”2020 年度国际中国最具影响力书画家。袁正北先生现为 CCTV华夏之声特聘艺术顾问、中国诗书画研究会陕西分会副会长、中国世纪大采风书画院院士、国家书法家协会理事、国家高级书法师、中国榜书书法家协会北京分会副主席、中国硬笔书法协会会员，中国书画家协会理事，中华卫视艺术风采栏目组会员。2022 年 1 月 11 日袁正北先生通过全国高级艺术职称评审委员会，北京华夏国墨书画院，全国书画艺术委员会，中国(北京)华夏巨匠书画院举办的书法类资质的考核，荣获——中国文化高级职称国家高级书法师(高级职称证书)， 北京华夏国墨巨匠书画艺术中心艺术已被收录入文化部文化艺术人才中心人才库。2023年 7 月荣获【中华人民共和国国礼艺术家】荣誉职称，作品润格：6000——12000 元(人民币)每平尺。愿他在书画艺术宝库创作出更多精品佳作。
