衣培学，男，字成文，号逸风，汉族，中共党员，大学文化，一九五二年出生，山东省栖霞市人。

现为山东省弘儒教育装备公司董事长、山东省书协会员、中国盈联协会会员、世界华人诗书画研究会会员和理事栖霞市书协理事、栖霞市老年书画研究会主席、栖霞市老年大学党委副书记，因身体原因但至今仍是栖霞市老年书画研究会名誉会长。

作品曾先后被日本、美国、澳大利亚、法国:菲律宾、英国等十几个国家收藏,并被国内重庆,山东、福建、天津等十几个博物馆收藏，也曾被江苏、常州天宁宝塔碑林收藏。二0一八年获全国第九届书画大赛二等奖,二0二0年获栖霞“银龄奉献”老人荣誉称号，二0二一年获“九州”之光全国书画大赛优秀奖。

Yi Peixue, male, courtesy name Chengwen, alias Yifeng, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, university educated, born in 1952, from Qixia City, Shandong Province.

He is currently the Chairman of Shandong Hongru Education Equipment Company, a member of Shandong Book Association, China Yinglian Association, a member and director of the World Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, a director of Qixia Book Association, the Chairman of Qixia Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, and the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Qixia Elderly University. Due to physical reasons, he is still the Honorary President of Qixia Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association.

The work has been collected by more than ten countries including Japan, the United States, Australia, France, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom. It has also been collected by more than ten museums in China, including Chongqing, Shandong, Fujian, and Tianjin. It has also been collected by the Tianning Pagoda Stele Forest in Jiangsu and Changzhou. In 2018, he won the second prize in the 9th National Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2020, he was awarded the honorary title of "Silver Age Dedication" by Qixia. In 2021, he won the Excellent Award in the "Nine Provinces" Light National Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
