王芝意，字福生，号义仁，生于 1948 年,甘肃白银人。中国楹联学会会员，中国高级书画创作师、中国国家一级书法师、中华人民共和国书法大家、国际殿堂级艺术大师、世界文学界功勋艺术家、CCTV 央视书画频道签约艺术家、中国实力派书画家、高级工程师。现任中国书画家协会副主席，中央美术学院书法系客座教授、中国硬笔书法协会副教授、国宝级央新名人档案：“特聘名誉主席”、中国书画艺术非遗传承委员会常务副主席、中央电视台 CCTV 文化强国“高级智库首席专家”沈鹏书法艺术工作室专家组高级理事、美丽中国栏目组特邀导师、中华文化促进会美育工作委员会艺术顾问、中国书画交易中心艺委会主席、中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长、中国一品堂书院名誉院长。退休于甘肃中医药大学。出版的学术专著有《敦煌外治法》、《释商》——事业·人生·思想。

近年来，先后多次获得书法展奖励和荣誉称号、 2021 年6 月由中国书画家协会和中国国际文学艺术界联合会授予“中国实力派书画家” 荣誉称号。2021 年 8 月，由中国文学艺术界联合会和中国文化发展中心授予：2021“艺术传承人物”。2021 年 11 月由中国书画家协会聘为：“副主席”。

Wang Zhiyi, also known as Fusheng and Yiren, was born in 1948 in Baiyin, Gansu. Member of the Chinese Couplet Society, Senior Chinese Calligrapher and Painter, National First Class Calligrapher, Calligraphy Master of the People's Republic of China, International Hall of Fame Art Master, Meritorious Artist in the World Literature Circle, Contracted Artist of CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel, Chinese Powerful Calligrapher and Painter, Senior Engineer. Current Vice Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Visiting Professor of the Calligraphy Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Associate Professor of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, National Treasure level Central New Celebrity Archive: "Distinguished Honorary Chairman", Executive Vice Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Committee, Senior Director of the Expert Group of Shen Peng Calligraphy Art Studio, Chief Expert of the CCTV Cultural Power "Advanced Think Tank", Special Invited Mentor of the Beautiful China Program Group, Art Advisor of the Chinese Cultural Promotion Association's Art Education Work Committee, Chairman of the Art Committee of the China Calligraphy and Painting Trading Center, Honorary President of the China International Art Museum, and Honorary Dean of the China Yipintang Academy. In June 2021, he was awarded the honorary title of "China's Powerful Calligraphers and Painters" by the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association and the China International Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
